As you've noticed, PMNET is now hosted on Google Sites.  This was done to cut costs and consolidate many different hosting providers into one location.  Google seemed like the right choice for permanent placement of hosting and resources.  I don't think they will be going anywhere anytime soon.  As always, you can download from downloads.com.  PMNET is still free for now, and the foreseeable future.  Enjoy and if you have questions, visit the forum.
